Our very own Akira Bowler has transitioned from a top-quality attacker to the club’s yoga instructor during the lockdown!
Every Wednesday Akira leads a 45-minute yoga session over teams and gives club members a chance to relax and loosen up in the middle of their busy weeks. The sessions focus on everything from stretching to core strength and they are just what our athletes need after a long week of preparing for preseason 2021!
