Meet The Players Night
As part of the club’s intention to help inspire the next generation of female footballers, we recently held a meet the players night for the local St Andrews and East Neuk Girls Football Club. Over 20 youngsters attended the Women’s 1st team match against Stirling 2s in the Bucs Scottish League 1A as mascots and ball girls and saw the girls win 3-0. After the match the girls and parents had a Q&A session with players and coaches from the team in what was a great night for all involved. The club is committed to doing future events and since hosting this evening has had players down to watch the stars of the future in games and also helped out at training. We look forward to continuing to inspire and act as role models into next year and beyond and look forward to having the girls, their parents and coaches back at another game soon!
